Harvey Consky, B,Sc., J.D., earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and obtained his law degree from the University of Western Ontario. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1982. Since then, he has focused his legal practice on catastrophic and personal injury litigation. Over the course of more than three decades in the legal profession, he has handled more than 10,000 cases, obtaining multi-million dollar settlements for clients and handling all types of personal injury matters. In the year 2014 his team obtained approximately 15 million dollars in settlements for their clients.

In connection with his successful personal injury practice, Harvey Consky has become a prominent figure in the Ontario legal community, earning a reputation among clients and colleagues for integrity and professionalism. He has argued cases at all levels of the court system, including the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Since founding the firm of Consky & Associates in 1997, Harvey Consky has worked to assemble an experienced and talented legal team. He has also served as the Director of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan (O.M.V.A.P.). He is currently a member of the board of directors of Ontario Wound Care Inc., a registered charitable organization that offers treatment for chronic non-healing wounds utilizing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
